Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Alma!

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or item, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange (based on stock availability).

Returns:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from the refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
